I’m embarrassed to admit it, but until a few short years ago, I didn’t even know what a blog was! Must have been living under a rock!
I am a wife and proud mother of three beautiful children, two adorable step-daughters, and three fur-babies. I work full-time as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric clinic, am a raw vegan turned carnivore, an endurance runner, barbell junkie, and a self-diagnosed OCD Type A personality. My spiritual side? I’m working on it. My ability to relax? Not so great. It has taken me almost 40 years to realize that the key to achieving my full potential, goals and dreams, is to first achieve balance. If I’ve learned one thing in this life, it’s that anything is possible with hard work and a little grit.
The purpose of this blog is to nourish and educate whomever wants to listen on how to become the very best version of themselves. How can I learn to relax? How can I improve my diet? How do I get stronger as an athlete? How do I become a better wife/mother/friend?
